Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Time & Delivery
- Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
- Delivery time varies based on location and courier service, typically taking 3-4 business days.
- We provide tracking details via email/SMS once the order is shipped.
2. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges vary based on location and product weight and will be displayed at checkout.
- Free shipping may be available for orders below 1000.
3. International Shipping
- We currently do/do not offer international shipping. If applicable, customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.

- Customers can track their orders by logging in their profile.

Refund & Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns
We accept refund and return requests under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- The product is not under the non-returnable/exempted category (see Section 4).
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@hydrographicsindia.com with your order details and proof of the issue (e.g., images of the defective/damaged product).
2. Return Process

- Approval & Pickup: Once your request is approved, we will arrange a return pickup or provide return instructions.
- Inspection & Approval: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
3. Refund Process
- Mode of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets) within 7-10 business days after approval.
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders will be processed via store credit.
4. Non-Returnable & Exempted Items
Certain products cannot be returned or refunded, including:
- Customized or personalized items
- Opened or used consumables (e.g., paints, activators, films)
- Clearance sale or discounted items (unless defective)
- Digital/downloadable products
5. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Hydrographics India, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes items may need to be returned or orders cancelled. Please review our comprehensive policy below.
1. Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties:
- Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. In this case, a 100% refund will be initiated to your original payment method.
- After Dispatch: Once the product has been handed over to our courier partners, we cannot cancel the order. It will then be treated as a "Return" (see Section 2).
- Custom Orders: Orders for custom-mixed paints, printed films, or bulk wholesale orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
2. Return Policy
You may raise a return request within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Defective/Damaged: If the product arrived broken, leaking, or defective.
- Wrong Item: If you received a product different from what you ordered.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all seals intact.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products (Chemicals & Films), the following items are not eligible for return unless defective:
- Opened Chemicals: Activators, Primers, or Base Coats with broken seals.
- Used Films: Hydrographic films that have been cut, taped, or partially used.
- Custom Products: Any product made specifically to your specifications.
- Sale Items: Items purchased during clearance sales are final.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our quality team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.
- Timeline: The amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's processing time.
- Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we cover the shipping. If you are returning due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
