Welcome to Hydrographics India. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Hydrographics India regarding your use of our website and mobile application. By accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Our products include industrial chemicals (Activators, Paints, Primers). By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are aware of the safety protocols required for handling these substances. Hydrographics India is not liable for health issues, accidents, or damages resulting from the improper use, lack of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), or negligence while using our products.
01 Account & Eligibility
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to purchase chemical products from our store.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
Account Deletion: Users can request full account deletion (including data erasure as per Google Play safety standards) by contacting info@hydrographicsindia.com.
02 Products & Disclaimer
Color Accuracy
We make every effort to display the colors of our films and paints accurately. However, as actual colors you see depend on your monitor/screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that your display's display of any color will be 100% accurate to the physical product.
Product Usage
Instructions provided on the site are for reference. The outcome of Hydro Dipping depends heavily on user skill and environmental conditions (temperature, water quality). We do not guarantee results for DIY applications.
03 Orders, Pricing & GST
- Pricing: All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices are subject to change without notice.
- GST: Prices displayed are either inclusive or exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) as explicitly mentioned at checkout.
- Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud.
04 Shipping & Logistics
We utilize third-party logistics partners (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart) to fulfill orders.
- Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
- Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier partner, weather conditions, or "Force Majeure" events (Acts of God).
05 App Usage & Data Safety
In compliance with Google Play & Apple App Store Guidelines, we ensure that:
- We clearly outline all data collected (Location, Camera for support, etc.).
- We do not sell your personal contacts or photos to unauthorized third parties.
- You maintain the right to revoke app permissions at any time via your device settings.
06 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use our products for illegal purposes.
- Post false reviews or misleading information.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our App or Website code.
- Harass employees or other users.
07 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hydrographics India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profit) resulting from:
- The use or inability to use our products.
- Unauthorized access to your data.
- The outcome of any hydrographic process performed by you.
08 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the Laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts in Faridabad, Haryana.
Disputes regarding products or services must first be attempted to be resolved through our Grievance Officer via email before legal action.
