13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through arbitration in Haryana  India. Users waive their right to a class action lawsuit.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Faridabad, Haryana(India). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Faridabad.
